Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only when accompanied by a Artificial proof of purchase. If neither the customer nor Artificial can locate this documentation, the refund will be issued at the value determined by Artificial.
School Uniform items without a logo follow the return policy guidelines above. School Uniform items with a logo may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a Merchandise Credit. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
Personalized items, including, but not limited to, items with a monogram or embroidery, and items marked final sale may not be returned to Artificial and are expressly excluded by this Return Policy.
All returns are final. Items sent to Artificial outside of the terms of this Return Policy are not subject to refund and will not be returned to sender.
